Versatility, quality, and ease of use to be the company’s themes in Frankfurt

London, UK, 5 March 2009 – TOA returns to Frankfurt’s Prolight + Sound exhibition this year with the most comprehensive range of commercial audio solutions it has ever presented at the show.
Already world-renowned for its leadership in product design for sound installation, the company has raised the bar again in 2009, offering new ideas for everything from a single retail store to multi-site transport, education and large-scale healthcare projects.

Brett Downing, Sales & Marketing Director, TOA Corporation (UK) Ltd, comments: “Prolight + Sound is our number one tradeshow for Europe and this year we have a whopping 150 square-metre stand on which to showcase our products. We expect to attract many new customers with our offering and, just as importantly, to link up with existing dealers and distributors, from markets as far afield as Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.”

Among the new products on offer are the VM-3000 PA/VA System and the SX-2000 Audio Management System, both of which made their debut at February’s Integrated Systems Europe show in Amsterdam. Designed for small to medium-sized and multi-site projects respectively, both offer flexible, scalable, and upgradable ways to distribute BGM, paging, and emergency messaging, in full compliance with all relevant European Union standards.

In Frankfurt, these systems will compete for customers’ attention with TOA’s all-new Type H series of line-array loudspeakers. Designed to provide exceptionally even coverage of large public spaces such as train station concourses, conference centres, hotel lobbies and similar environments, the Type H is available in a choice of two lengths and can be had with flat or curved fronts to suit the application.

“The Type H line arrays really are TOA research and development at their best,” continues Downing. “The speakers are extremely compact so they can be accommodated in almost any space without looking obtrusive, and are capable of offering superb speech intelligibility straight out of the box, without any need for external signal processing.”

While TOA products enjoy an international appeal, the company’s high profile in Frankfurt is particularly appropriate this year, coming as it does on the back of a number of major project successes in Germany – among them the supply of an integrated emergency voice evacuation and high-level PA system to Stuttgart’s Porsche Arena. “Time and again, our dealers tell us that no other company offers the same combination of versatility, sound quality, and ease of use in its products,” Downing concludes. “We are also very nice people to do business with, and aim to provide a backup that is second to none. But don’t just take my word for it – come to our stand at Prolight + Sound and find out for yourself!”
