The Gamma SFP+ DAC (cable) is being marketed specifically for the Taiko network switch and NIC. I
t is uniquely in this environment where this cable is expected to sound better than the
Gamma LAN cable with RJ45 connectors. When tested with other switches and NICs with SFP ports,
sound quality was worse when compared against RJ45.

I finally inserted a 5m long Q-L Gamma DAC cable to replace the stock 2m DAC cable that
came with the switch. Just like with the QSA RJ45 LAN cable, once you hear this cable, it`s hard
to go back. Dynamics, bass control, clarity, density, refinement, they all improve.

I recently purchased a QSA Infinity SFP+ DAC cable to connect the new Taiko Audio switch to the
Taiko Extreme server and a QSA DC Extension cable from the Nordost LPS to power the new Taiko Audio.
The SFP+ cable arrived first and resulted in a significant improvement over the already significant
uptick in SQ from the Taiko Switch.

Last night we had a great gathering in my den again. Me and six other friends welcomed Anas and his
silver suitcase full of QSA Lanedri goodies. Knowing that I have recently received my Taiko switch
and NIC card he suggests that I should have an audition of his QSA treated Gamma Infinity DAC cable.
He said that all those who have auditioned this DAC cable are all amazed at the SQ improvement
that it brings. And within minutes seven of our friends confirmed that they are most delighted to
come and listen. There is no change in my gears other than my Ultimatum speaker cables still in
burning in stage. I am using a DIY linear power supply(amongst the best LPS I have listened to)
for the Taiko Switch and the stock DAC cable between the switch and extreme while there is a
QSA Lanedri Gamma Infinity Lan cable between router and Taiko switch. We used a piece by Diana Krall
and also David Oistrakh Beethoven violin concerto as test piece. Both of them are PGGB files at
16fs 256 precision. By changing the stock DAC cable to the QSA Lanedri DAC cable Diana`s voice become
so much more impressive. Previously the voice seems to focus more in upper range but now the mid and
mid bass help boost the voice to a much more expressive one. All the other instruments are similarly
boosted to a much more expressive level and yet so natural again. Same is done to Oistrakh`s violin
tone. The characteristic warm tone of Oistrakh`s violin is most convincingly presented.
